These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of all services, games, promotional offers, and related features on the beetji platform. 3Eligibility Requirements

The following conditions must be met to open an account and use services on the beetji platform:

• Minimum age of 21 years (for those aged 21 and above only)
• Must register in a personal capacity under your own name, not on behalf of any party
• Must be a person of sound mental capacity
• Must not be associated with any account previously terminated by beetji

4Deposits and Withdrawals

Financial transactions on beetji are conducted through popular mobile banking methods in Bangladesh. All transactions are secured with SSL encryption.

• Example: ৳10,000 deposit gets ৳8,000 bonus — total balance ৳18,000

• Each account is eligible for the welcome bonus only once

5.2 VIP Cashback Program

Regular players will receive weekly cashback across four VIP tiers:

• Bronze — up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 1.1% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 1.5% weekly cashback

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus may only be used on the game for which it was issued, where specified
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — it becomes withdrawable only after the wagering requirement is met

• A bonus applies to one account only; if multiple accounts exist from the same household or device, the bonus may be cancelled

6Gameplay and Fair Play

• Game outcomes are entirely random and there is no bias

7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the beetji platform. Involvement in such activities will result in immediate account closure and all balances may be forfeited:

• Registering with false or misleading information
• Abusing bonuses or attempting to circumvent bonus terms

• Attempting to control game outcomes by colluding with other members
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities
• Assisting minors in opening accounts or using the platform

10Account Closure and Suspension

10.1 Closure at the User's Request

A request to close an account can be made at any time via live chat or email. Any available balance is withdrawable before the account is closed, however the bonus balance will be forfeited.

10.2 Closure or Suspension at beetji's Discretion

beetji may suspend or permanently close an account for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of any clause of the Terms and Conditions
• Participation in fraudulent activities
• Use of a false identity
• Proven to be a minor
• Extended period of inactivity (more than 12 months)

10.3 Inactive Accounts

If there is no login or transaction for 12 consecutive months, the account will be marked as inactive. Please contact beetji support regarding the balance of an inactive account.

11Limitation of Liability

Although beetji operates as a safe and reliable platform, our liability is limited in the following cases:

• If a game session is interrupted due to loss of internet connection or a technical fault
• If a transaction is not completed due to a delay or failure on the part of a third-party payment provider
• If account details fall into someone else's hands due to the user's own negligence
• Force majeure situations (natural disasters, war, government restrictions, etc.)

However, if any bet is cancelled due to a technical error, the full amount of that bet will be refunded.

12Terms & Conditions Changes

beetji reserves the right to partially or fully change these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, a notification may be sent to the registered email or mobile number. However, if you continue using the platform after any changes, you will be considered to have accepted the new terms and conditions.
